Serving as CEO of two corporations, and as senior vice president for a Chicago-based international health care system, Jim provided leadership to position the system as a leading provider of products to baby boomer and older consumers. Since 1991, Jim has provided leadership to Lombard, IL based Coming of Age, Incorporated. The integrated marketing firm specializes in developing and executing marketing communications, advertising and sales campaigns, implementing customer loyalty programs, and sales and service improvement training programs to help clients increase market share and profit in baby boomer and older consumer markets. He currently conducts management educational programs at the University of Illinois at Chicago, marketing seminars for the University of Chicago and serves on the faculty of The Bank Administration Institute's Graduate School of Retail Banking.
